GRAVEL CLIMBS

VIEWS FOR DAYS!

GET READY FOR

Another epic gravel ride through the Santa Monica Mountains.

With a long self-staggered start you can roll with your friends on your own terms. Is it a fun group ride? Absolutely, grab your riding buddies and go! Is there a finish line? Does beer and BBQ count?

If you're not familiar with the area it might surprise you that Los Angeles has an abundance of incredible riding right on its doorstep. The Amgen Tour of California along with numerous cycling professionals and their teams, including TDF winners Geraint Thomas, Chris Froome and World Tour team EF Education, have all trained in the Santa Monica Mountains numerous times. As recently as February 9th, 2020 Global Cycling Network produced a video titled "America's Hidden Bike Riding Paradise" also highlighting LA as a leading cycling destination.

2022 Ride Your Own Route

2022 is Ride your Own Route! To comply with local guidelines and permitting regulations, we are making this year's event more free-form. The start and finish will be exactly the same as last year, but we are encouraging the participants to get a little weird and explore a course of their own design. A lot of great routes can be found on Strava. We are asking any participants who do not know the area well to please download a route to your cycling computer or ride with someone who does. The three main aid stations will still be located on Puerco Canyon Road up from PCH, at the top of Corral Canyon at Mesa Peak Trail and on Stunt Road up from Mulholland. Registration, breakfast and roll out is any time from 6am to 9am and we encourage everyone to be back by 1pm as the aid stations will be closing up. Get out there and ride and come back ready to party.

KOM & QOM?

YOU’RE ALL WINNERS!

We don’t care…enjoy the ride, party with your friends.
We’ll be rewarding KOM & QOM for whoever has the most fun and
parties the hardest post ride. Who’s in?!

The Food

If you've been to one of our gravel events then you know we take our food seriously! In fact we'd like to think that good eatin' is one of our trade-marks. We believe that the food provided at our events is just as important to the overall experience as the cycling itself. Pedalers Fork provides the best of BBQ, third-wave 10 Speed Coffee and freshly baked pastries- we're confident our patrons walk away raving about the food as much as the ride itself.

REGISTRATION
& START WINDOW

NOVEMBER 6TH • 6AM-9PM

The registration is super simple. All participants will need to pick up their number plate and wristband on the day of the event. Once you have received these items you are all good to head out in whatever direction you’d like. It’s a start window with no mass start so we ask that everyone start at the appropriate time to get back at 1pm to party!!! We only ask one other thing and that is that you check back in with us when you return so that we know you are safe. Don’t loose that wristband as that is your food and drink ticket!
